Really great for the price.

A good, cheaper alternative to Thomastik Bebop strings I reckon. Old skool jazz sound but also find I need to roll back the tone knob more than usual. The set feel balanced with a smooth sounding third string (I find the 3rd string on Thomastik BB strings to protrude and shout in volume).
I can't say how long they'll last but I certainly prefer them to D'addario XL and Elixir and will buy again for sure.

Klassischer Sound, super Spielgefühl

Alle Jahre wieder probiert ein Gitarrist sich durch einen Haufen Saiten, auf der Suche nach was eigentlich? Naja, man möchte eben nichts verpassen. Oder so ähnlich.
Die La Bella waren dieses Mal mit dabei und überzeugen in jeder Hinsicht. Haptik, Spielgefühl, akustischer Sound (auf einer ES335) so wie verstärkter Sound sind direkt nach dem Aufziehen sehr angenehm und rund. Sie klingen voll aber unaufdringlich, setzen sich durch, ohne zu „stören“. So landen sie neben den Pyramid Pure Nickel (round core) in der sehr engen Auswahl, bis dann in einigen Jahren die Suche erneut losgeht …
