The only let down I've ever gotten form Harley Benton
This bass needed a lot of work. Frets cut me the P pickups didn't work at all. So I really can't use this bass for what I want until I get everything sorted out. However Harley Benton customer service saved the day. The customer service team is bar none. You don't get customer service like that in America anymore. Once a company gets your money forget it. However Harley Benton worked with me and made me whole. It's such a pleasure to order from a great company. I've been back to make more orders because of the customer service and other than this one that slipped passed any checks otherwise they are the best with products and customer service is unreal they really stand behind there product.

Quality issues
The nut slots were not cut well and cause bad string buzz. Also has an issue that I’ve found common to the HB brand as a whole. Every HB model I’ve purchased, except one “enhanced” model, has a loud grounding buzz.
