Cool stuff; it does not color my sound, and it's not noisy at all.
I just set the transmitter level to match cable volumes, as it was a bit too loud. If you max it out, your sound will suck.
I just don't like the patch cable; I'll get a better one and shorter.
The transmitter holds great, even on a thin nylon strap.
I experienced no interference when using the wireless system.
"Freedom of movement" rocks.

AKG WMS 40
AKG totally is a good product ,, the WMS 40 is good wireless mic for small venue , do the job with no problem .

Overall it is a great piece of equipment, it fits great on pedalboard because of its size and it fits perfectly on guitar straps on or ordinary belt. The only downside i had with it is a subtle hum and a weaker output than a cable so it is not ideal gor studio. Overall it is still great.

Did the job.
Bought this system to mic up speech makers at a wedding and it did the job fine.
Only negative comment is that the wind shield fell off the mic too easily and got lost.
