The F34 system from Global Truss - the manufacturer's most widely used truss system - has long enjoyed immense popularity, which is in no small part down to the fact that it can cover a very impressive range of applications that includes trade shows, storefront design, and event technology. Wherever it is deployed, the F34 system brings with it unparalleled benefits, all the more so since it is also suitable for outdoor use in stage roofs and in customised constructions, which can be easily configured and tailored to individual requirements. Alongside the typical aluminium finish, the modules that make up the F34 system are also available in a black version, and the system is equally suited to mobile use and fixed installations.

Lightweight and strong
The Global Truss F34 truss system is a four-point system that is certified by the TÜV (Germany's technical inspection association) and has an external dimension of 29cm, 50x2mm main tubes, and 20x2mm diagonal bracings. The modules, which are made from aluminium, are joined together using a special conical connector system that requires a copper hammer to create the optimum frictional connection. The F34 series is designed for truss assemblies spanning up to 18 metres, and despite its lightweight construction, it can support impressively high loads when the total width is kept within limits: According to the manufacturer's specifications, an assembly spanning 10 metres can carry a centre-point load of up to 395kg and third-point loads of up to 285kg. And if the total span is increased to 15 metres, the maximum centre-point load is still 249kg.
Made for professional use
While modularity promises a high level of freedom to plan different structures individually, and lightweight construction reduces weight while conserving resources at the same time, the load-bearing capacity of the F34 truss system offers an ideal balance between self-weight and external dimensions. The vast array of possible applications for this system is essentially limited only by its maximum load parameters. The range of advantages that this system offers make it exceptionally well suited to event technology hire companies, tradeshow booth companies, and shop fitters in addition to retail stores, theatres, and museums - because its moderate external dimensions, low self-weight, and immense load-bearing capacity allow it to be used both in spatially restricted venues and in open spaces.
