Nice piece

It is made of nice ebony and does a good job of medium dampening the sound. It is light and not too big so works well for me.

Ziemlich gut

Der dämpfer tut genau das, was er tuen soll. Die Geige klingt leiser und feiner, aber nicht schlechter. Ich hatte bei einem metallenen Dämpfer die Erfahrung machen müssen, dass der Ton sehr dünn und schrill wurde und bei längerem Spielen man Kopfweh bekam, bei diesem Dämpfer ist das nicht der Fall, der Ton ist immer noch voll und rund, einfach leiser.
