Mounts securely, but would want even more adjusment
Feels superlightweight, yet well built. Adjustments were really easy to do, and the extensive manual didn't feel overwhelming. The feet are plenty grippy. Subjectively the violin sounded better but that may be confirmation bias. The cons - the curvature of the should rest is pretty prescriptive and there isn't enough lateral adjustment possible with the included feet. Similarly, the minimum foot height on the bass side could be lower. As a result, I ended up having to change my chinrest to a more centre mounted one to get a more comfortable playing position.

direct comparison to korfker rest from wood
this support is really good. in terms of sound, it doesn't seem quite as convincing as the korfker rest made of wood in a direct comparison.
but the plus point is:
the metal does not bend at all and therefore does not adapt to a shoulder that is too high.
