Praktischer Schnellwechsler

Der Stahl-Adapter ist sehr sauber gefertigt, leicht satinierte Oberfläche. Keinerlei Metallreste etc. .
Funktion: Der Adapter hat eine Länge von 40,1mm, unten und im Zylinder bei 90 & 270 Grad eine 5/8 Zoll Öffnung z. Bsp. für einen Manfrotto Adapter 119. Dieser kann aufgrund seiner längsseitigen Abflachung in beiden Postitionen mithilfe der seitlichen Schraube fixiert werden. Quer und mittig eingesetzt ragen die beiden Sockel des Adapters heraus. Die Fixierschraube hat einen Kunststoffgriff.
Am oberen Ende des Adapters befindet sich eine 18mm lange 1/4 Zoll Schraube mit einer sechskant Sicherungsmutter (Schlüsselgröße 11mm).
Diese Kombination verwende ich als Schnellwechselsystem von Mikrofonen an Tonangeln oder Stativen. Aufgrund der exelenten Fertigung ein Stück zum vererben. Ein Adapter mit gleicher Bauart, aber mit einer 3/8 Zoll Schraube und sechskant Mutter ist der Manfrotto Rapidadapter 014-38.

Ostin kaksi kappaletta kyseistä adapteria kamerasliderin kiinnittämiseksi Manfroton valojalkoihin. Epähuomiossa tilasin kyseisen tuotteen joka on 1/4-tuuman kierteillä, kun tarkoitukseni oli hankkia 3/8-kierteillä varustetut adapterit. Thomann myy neljää hiukan eri Manfroton Rapidadapteria, jotka kaikki näyttävät hyvin samalta joten kannattaa olla tarkkana ostaessasi tuotetta. Ostin sitten jälkikäteen 1/4"-3/8"-adapterit - tiedä vaikka joku kerta tarvitsisi rigata kamera valojalkaan kiinni, jos esim. tarvitsee saada kamera kolmen metrin korkeuteen, niin eipähän tarvitse kuin irroittaa adapteri ;D

Eli ainut moite lähtee itselleni huolimattomuudesta. Itse adapteri on erittäin kestävä, mikä yleensä on vastaavien huonompien merkkien tuotteissa se suurin ongelma. Näkisin, että helpommalla pääsee kun tilaa yhden kymmenen euron adapterin, sen sijaan että tilaisi halpoja kopioita parin kuukauden välein.

Yksin operoidessani slideria en muuten irroita kookkaita valojalkoja adapterista, vaan kannan koko puolitoistametriä leveän komeuden niin, että valojalat heiluvat adaptereiden varassa. Uskon että tuollaisesta käsittelystä tykkäävä tuote on kyllä hintansa väärti!
