Nice little noise/drone monster
At first, you might think it's rather limited, but once you really get into it, you find yourself noodling and turning knops for hours, constantly discovering new textures and sounds. Add some FX and there you go again. I use it a lot more than anticipated to make extra layers. Great little tool. Easy to use, very immediate. Love it.

Fun little box!
This is a great drone synth. I've had the pleasure of plugging it into a fairly large outdoor sound system at a retreat and was surprised at how great it sounded. The limitations (2 voices, 1 LFO with two output taps and pre-set shapes) are the kind that tend to fuel creativity rather than frustration, and it comes with enough patch cables to get into some interesting territory. The delay module is great if you love the noisy vintage BBD sound (which I do). The two largest reverb settings are amazing for additional complexity. I agree with other reviewers that the feeling of the knobs and the plastic housing aren't incredible, but I really can't complain for the price. I also own a Lyra-8 and I still find myself using the DS-2 when I'm in the mood for simplicity and control.

Fun toy, not very sturdy
It's fun to play with, but the build quality is lacking; the knobs have varying degrees of friction, and the switches feel like they'd snap off pretty easily.

Quite unique and versatile
This is the definition of happy accidents and introduction to modular on the cheap. Has the capability to produce lots of different and unique sounds from ambient to techno. I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Interesting drone machine
Good buy if droning is your thing. Wish it had midi for tempo syncing and more modulation inputs but it is reaonahly priced.
